Service & Maintenance

The machinery ensure its maximum durability, which is also accompanied by a complete preventive and corrective maintenance service, offered by our company exclusively for our clients.

One of our main objectives is the safety of the users of our machinery. We have designed specific training modules to ensure that all matters are under control at all times.The training programme covers the correct use, installation, control and maintenance of our equipment.

We provide technical assistance and support for the correct installation of our equipments as well as after sales service, always undertaken by highly-qualified engineers from our company.

During a warranty period, BMU Technologies will provide a free service including major part replacement for any factory defect. The period will be based on the duration specified in the contract.

Our employees in after-sales service are not only refrigeration engineering experts – they are also qualified in many other specific areas including to do a service jobs for other BMU brands in the market. For example, our client have put a trust to our service team to sign a service contract for various BMU brands as shown in the next slides.
